IPA 34 Monsoon Medium Bomber

The Bharatiya Commune's air force consists of four types of aircraft - light fighters, close air support, heavy fighters, and tactical bombers. There are individual variants of these - the close air support aircraft for example, include a variety of dive bomber and torpedo bomber variants, intended for usage in naval war and against ground targets. But there has been little discussed of one of the key aspects of the Commune's air force, its medium bomber, the IPA 34 Monsoon. In Commune doctrine, tactical bombers are more slated for interdiction work than for tactical, close air support, operations. They are supposed to strike targets behind the line, such as enemy airfields, marshaling yards, HQs, supply depots, railroads, troop movements, roads, bridges, and other such targets. Above all else, in this list, the targets are static ones - the previously mentioned airfields, marshaling yards, bridges, HQs, supply depots. And when they are used on the battlefield, they are suppo...

IPA 35 Lakshmibai Ground Support Aircraft

The Bharatiya Commune's air force is above all else focused on tactical air support, since it does not, unlike certain other air forces, believe that air power on its own will be strategic in any war. It will be impossible to break the will of the workers and peasants from the air alone, and strategic airpower may prove useful, but the distributed nature of the Commune's industry and the sheer extent of its population means that it is to some extent secure against strategic air strikes, especially when taking into account its fighter units and the valiant efforts of the workers and peasants to provide for their own civil defense against imperialist air attack. Only the imperialists would be willing to wage such an unconscionable and barbaric air war directed to the extermination of the workers and peasants in the obliteration of their cities - and while the Commune must be prepared to stand against this, we shall not be the ones to unleash this fire across the world. It shall b...

IPA 36 Pata heavy fighter

By the standards of most nations, the newest Bharatiya commune fighter, the IPA 36 Pata (named after a traditional Indian sword) is simply a regular fighter, instead of a heavy fighter. But then, most nations don't have to deal with having an industrial base which struggles to produce 500 horsepower engines at best, and thus need to desperately figure out some way to manage to get a fighter to go faster than 400 kilometers per hour, carry a pilot, armament, and fuel, and do it all with a glorified lawn mower engine is rather alien to them. What constitutes a fighter is very different indeed between the Bharatiya Commune and the rest of the world. The Commune, despite its limited power, needed to have an aircraft capable of sufficient speed, range, armament, and operating ceiling that it would be capable of intercepting enemy bombers and engage in long range escort of its own aircraft. A heavy fighter was needed - the question was the form which it would take. Quite logically, if ...

Model 34 Arjun Medium Tank

It is of important interest to the Commune to establish a tank force which is capable of meeting the Imperialist armies in the field, and this policy has been pursued over the last several years with French support for training, design, and production. The French established a joint tank training camp in the Commune, and the Commune has purchased a fair degree of material for training and equipped its armored car divisions with French units. However, not all of the tanks that the Commune produces can come from France, since the Commune is vulnerable to being cut off from French supplies during a war, and it has to be able to produce its own tanks (although not all of them: assumptions have been that any heavy tanks which are produced will rely on French purchases). French and Bharatiya Commune engineers have thus been working on the establishment of a tank design for the Commune, supposed to be an indigenous medium tank design, to serve alongside a light tank design for usage in new ar...

IPA 34 Chakram fighter

Very few would accuse the Indian People's Aviation 34 "Chakram" of being a brilliant aircraft. In fact, one would be painfully misguided to do such a thing, and in complete fairness to the designs of the Chakram, they had never set out to build the best fighter in the world. The problems which had led to the Chakram weren't related to the aircraft design per se - it was perfectly possible to design a much better aircraft, and indeed the French design teams that had cooperated extensively on the Chakram had, with the demonstration of fighter designs back in France, been able to present a wide array of better aircraft that would have higher performance and capability than the Indian fighter. Unfortunately, they all ran into a single problem - engine power. You see, other things on the fighter could be gotten away with, with difficulty. Frame? Yes, wood was somewhat heavier than metal and offered some construction difficulties, but fundamentally the aerodynamics were s...

Anti-Dominion Rebellion

The existence of the so-called Dominion of India, this bastion of colonial power and illegitimate foreign imperialism which sprawls across a third of the Indian sub-continent, is an intolerable insult to Indians of all political philosophies and beliefs. From North to South, from East to West, the continued existence of a foreign colony on the soil of a free land, oppressing the people of India with an alien domination, enslaving the Indian people to the domination of imperialist capitalism, is an affront to every real Indian. If ever the Indian peasant is to live in freedom and prosperity, if ever the Indian worker is to be liberated from the shackles of oppression, if ever the tyrannical rule of colonial agents which represses the legitimate expression of the Indian people is to be put to an end, then it must be over the corpse of the Dominion of India, which daily denies the independence and liberty of its suffering tens of millions. Righteous anger on the part of the Indian peopl...

Indian International Revolution

In the interests of the international propagation of the revolution of Indian peasants and workers, which has given rise to the Commune in Bengal, it has been decided to establish the Commissariat for the International Indian Revolution, charged with coordinating overseas Indian diaspora communities of note with the interest of bringing about further international revolution and the expansion of syndicalism. The CIIR is to be based in Calcutta, and to function as a federating group for the actions of a wide variety of international progressive parties, with the principal regions of heavy international Indian settlement to be targeted. Ceylon Malaysia Fiji Caribbean Mauritius Many of these places have large populations of poor and dispossessed Indian peasants and workers, that constitute large parts of the population - up to a majority in places like some parts of the Caribbean. These poor Indian coolie workers, taken from their homes and flung into the furnace of international ...

Bharatiyan Ultimatum to Bhutan

After intense discussion behind the closed doors of the Supreme People's Assembly of Communes and Villages, the Bharatiya Commune's People's Ministry of Foreign Affairs today issued a sternly worded ultimatum to the bloody butchers of workers and peasants, the government of Bhutan, declaring that The patience of the Indian workers and peasants is running thin when confronted with the horrible atrocities and oppression of feudalism which daily reach the ears of the free people of the Commune. The Commune is no longer willing to tolerate such a bastion of reaction, anti-democratic action, and tyranny which currently exists in Bhutan, and it is the determination of the Communard government to put an end to this unlawful and illegitimate regime and to establish a genuine sovereign, syndicalist, and democratic government in Bhutan aligned enjoying sisterly and friendly relations with the Commune. As a result, the Commune has issued the following ultimatum to the Bhutanese govern...

Bhutan Commune

Workers of all countries! Great and joyful news has been received from Bhutan, where the Bharatiya Commune's daring and steadfast defense of the interests of the workers and peasants of Bhutan has been met with successful results. In response to a demand, firmly issued by the workers' and peasants' government, the tyrannical bloody butchers of the poor artisans and peasants of Bhutan, the so-called Royal Bhutanese government, has fled the country, as the king goes into exile. While these vermin flow out like puss from a wound, brave and noble Commune forces have entered the country, assisting the workers and peasants of Bhutan to establish their own socialist nation. A constitutional convention has already been established, and it is expected that soon the provisional government will be dissolved and replaced with a newly-established Bhutanese Commune, establishing the same set of institutions and governance that has blessed the lands of Bengal - a free, sovereign, and ...

La Révolution Birmane

Burma, the chaotic land to the East of the Bharatiya Commune, has long represented both a dagger held to the throat of the Indian workers and peasants, and also an opportunity to spread the peasants' and workers' revolution to the parched and suffering people of Burma, to bring to their cracked and dry lips the elixir of the healing balm of the syndicalist socialist society. Free of the oppression of imperialism and capitalism, an India a thousand times more beautiful is being born along the banks of the Ganges. Let us too build a Burma a thousand times more beautiful along the banks of the Irrawaddy, from the wreckage of the old world and old society! The Supreme People's Assembly of Communes and Villages has approved a plan to spread the revolution to Burma, bringing to foment the workers and peasants of Burma. Now that the oppressive boot of the English Imperialists has been removed, the unstable and poorly directed Burmese government is incapable of oppressing the rig...

Amener la flamme de la révolution au toit du monde

An increasingly assertive foreign policy on behalf of the Bharatiya Commune has seen great success in regards to the liberation of Bhutan, and it has been decided that this should be continued with liberation of the second mountain kingdom of India, Nepal. This is a high risk enterprise, for unlike the Bhutanese operation it abuts directly unto the Dominion of India, and is a much larger nation. However, a successful operation in Nepal would provide strategic advantages which are incomparable - outflanking the Dominion of India and placing Commune troops only a few hundred kilometers from Delhi. Dangerous, but the prize is enough to justify almost any risk, and the liberation of the workers and peasants of Nepal must be held as an appropriate priority. Thus after intense discussion behind the closed doors of the Supreme People's Assembly of Communes and Villages, the Bharatiya Commune's People's Ministry of Foreign Affairs today issued a sternly worded ultimatum to the b...

Communist Indian Economic Development

The European world has long been obsessed with materialism. India has by contrast, known better, preferring the cultivation of the human spirit and of the human idea, to focus on being and on ethics rather than on the alienating and crushing machine-world which the Occident has created. Indian philosophers have become increasingly popular around the world because of this, and the Western world has itself come to see the errors of its way due to the Weltkrieg. Look at the way in which the machines which humanity created, supposedly to serve itself, became ultimately its masters, killers, slayers - in the trenches of Verdun, the Somme, the massacre of the innocents at Yypres, the Europeans learned much about their foolishness. And yet, to guard the independence of the Bharatiya Commune, it is necessary for us to build up a more powerful industrial base which can provide for a powerful army to defend ourselves. Furthermore, it is important to expand our economic prosperity, in order to ...

Pendant presque dix ans nou...
